You can view your past SAT/ACT scores by creating an account on the respective websites (https://sat.collegeboard.org/home and www.act.org). After doing this, you will be allowed to view your scores and sent them to colleges.
The student services department does not give students copies of their SAT/ACT scores. To send your Transcripts via CFNC.org, follow the steps below:
1. Login to CFNC (If you do not know your Login information, contact Ms. Nealy) 2. Verify that demographic information is correctly entered to link CFNC account to Powerschool account (My CFNC--->Your profile--->The Basics--->Click Edit in the "This is Me" box)
4. Click on "Apply to College" 5. Click on "Transcript Manager" 6. Select "Go To Transcript Manager" From here you can select the schools you want to sent the transcript to and click submit. Once the request has been received the college name will show up in the box at the bottom of screen. Status of request will be in the area also. SAT and ACT fee waivers are available for any student who qualifies for free or reduced lunch. If you meet this criteria, students will need to get a print out verifying their lunch status from the cafeteria manager and bring it to student services and give it to Ms. Williams. Ms. Williams will then give the student the SAT/ACT waiver(s). The code found on the waiver will be used to "pay" for the SAT/ACT during online registration.
Please note that these SAT and ACT waivers include college application waivers for select colleges and universities. A list of colleges/universities that accept the SAT/ACT application waiver can be found on the SAT/ACT registration websites. Students can get access to college/university waiver codes by registering their SAT/ACT waiver on the SAT/ACT websites. Some colleges may have their own application waiver forms that need to be completed and verified (see your college/university admissions website for this). In those instances, it is the student's responsibility to obtain these forms and forward the forms Ms. Nealy, along with verification of lunch status. These college/university specific waiver forms require a 2 week processing time. Students will receive notification about their submitted schedule change requests via email. SCHS Counseling staff will use email address provided on the "Schedule Change Request" Google Form.
All schedule change requests must be submitted using the "Schedule Change Request" Google Form.
Due to the high volume of schedule change requests submitted each fall, we are requesting that you please be patient as the guidance department works to process these requests. To set up a time to see Ms. Nealy, please contact Mrs. Kim Williams, Guidance secretary. Mrs. Williams's office is located in student services.
Once you log into the Transcript Manager, you will be able to monitor the progress of your transcripts. It will show up as “complete” once it is available for the college to download. Keep in mind, the colleges you send electronic transcripts to still need to download, review, process, and match your transcript with your application. This process typically requires an additional two to three weeks for most campuses to complete.
If you do not remember your CFNC.org login information, please email Ms. Nealy at [email protected].

SCHS does not offer a fee waiver for college applications; however, college application fee waivers are available through CollegeFoundation (SAT) for qualifying students.
Student who receive free/reduced lunch are eligible to receive fee waivers for SAT tests, ACT tests, and college applications. In order to get access to these waivers, students will need to see the cafeteria manager for verification of their lunch status and bring this information to Mrs. Williams in student services to get a fee waiver. |
